LCISD Physical Policy
In order for an athlete to participate in either the athletic period or after school workouts, the athlete must have all required athletics forms for their respective activities completed and on file with the Athletic Training Department. If you need a copy of these forms, simply click on the appropriate link below. Lamar CISD policy states that each of the required forms must be completed EACH school year an athlete competes in extra-curricular activities. This also includes Drill Team and Cheerleading in both Junior High and High School. In regards to drill team and cheerleading try-outs, each participant must have a current set of forms on file with their school's Athletic Training Department prior to trying out for these teams
