NOTE: All new employees must attend an insurance
meeting and turn in all required paperwork within 30 days of his/her
employment date. If you fail to meet this timeline, you will not be
eligible for insurance coverage.
You must attend whether or not you intend to elect coverage.
You will have the option to sign a waiver if you do not elect
coverage.
If you are planning to add dependents to the health plan,
you must provide brith certificates for all dependent children at the time
ofenrollment.
